Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Stream CRM at https://streamcrm.app and related applications (the "Service"), operated by Stream CRM.

By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Stream CRM provides TikTok live gift tracking, performance analytics, donor relationship management, and optional automated live-stream monitoring for creators, managers, and agencies.

The Service is provided on a subscription basis with tiered limits on concurrent live streamers, daily tracking hours, and auto-stream features as described on our pricing page.

Stream CRM is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and subscribe to paid plans.

One person or legal entity may not maintain multiple free accounts to circumvent plan limits. We may suspend accounts that attempt to abuse limits across devices or browsers.

Paid plans (Silver, Gold, Agency) are billed monthly through Stripe. Prices are listed on our website and may change with reasonable notice.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date
• You can manage or cancel billing through the in-app Billing portal
• Refunds are handled at our discretion except where required by law
• Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle; upgrades apply immediately

Each plan includes limits on:

• Concurrent live streamers — how many creators you can track live at the same time
• Daily tracking hours — calculated as active streamers × duration
• Auto-stream (24/7) — available on Gold and Agency plans only

You may save unlimited creator profiles, but live connection limits apply per your plan. We automatically disconnect streams when daily tracking hours are exhausted. Attempting to bypass limits (multiple accounts, scripted abuse, or unauthorized API access) may result in suspension.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent purposes
• Track creators or collect donor data without proper authorization
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems or third-party relays
• Share account credentials or resell access without permission
• Interfere with security, authentication, or usage metering
• Misrepresent gift values or earnings as official TikTok figures

Gift amounts, diamond counts, gifter spend, and estimated earnings are derived from live event data and standard conversion formulas. Figures are approximate and may not match TikTok's official payout statements.

"Gifted" represents estimated viewer spend; "Your earnings" represents an approximate creator share after platform fees (~50%). Do not rely solely on Stream CRM for tax, accounting, or legal reporting.

The Service, including software, design, and branding, is owned by Stream CRM and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you input; you grant us a limited license to host and process that data to provide the Service.

The Service integrates with third parties including Firebase, Google Cloud, Stripe, and live data relay providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted live tracking, complete gift capture, or compatibility with future TikTok platform changes.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STREAM CRM AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or if continued service poses legal or security risk.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
