1. What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your account profile and subscription settings
- All saved streamer profiles and notes
- Donor CRM records, merges, and contact details
- Gift transactions, live sessions, and analytics history
- Daily usage metering and client session records
- Your Firebase Authentication login
2. Before You Delete
- Cancel billing — Visit Billing to cancel your subscription if you do not want future charges
- Disconnect live streams — Stop any active live tracking from your dashboard
- Export data — Save any CRM or report data you need; deletion is irreversible
3. Billing & Refunds
Account deletion does not automatically refund unused subscription time. See our Refund Policy for billing questions.
4. Data We May Retain
We may retain limited records where required by law, fraud prevention, or payment dispute resolution (e.g., Stripe billing logs). These are not accessible through the Service after deletion.
5. Delete Your Account
Use the form below while signed in. You must confirm your email address to proceed. Deletion is processed immediately and cannot be undone.
