Support & Tutorials

Step-by-step guides and FAQs for Stream CRM — connect live, track gifts, manage donors, billing, and auto-stream tracking.

Quick start

1

Create your account

Sign up free at streamcrm.app with email or Google. No credit card required for the Free plan.

2

Add a creator profile

Open the dashboard, click Add streamer, and enter the TikTok @username. You can save unlimited profiles on every plan.

3

Connect when they go live

The creator must be live on TikTok first. Select them in your roster and click Connect live — gifts appear in real time.

4

Review & nurture donors

Switch to Donor CRM to add notes, contact info, and track lifetime value. Use Reports for top gifters and period totals.

Tutorials

Detailed walkthroughs for every major feature.

Connecting to a live stream

  1. 1.Confirm the creator is currently live on TikTok (not scheduled — actually broadcasting).
  2. 2.Select the streamer in your roster and click Connect live, or use Connect selected for bulk.
  3. 3.Status changes to Live when the listener joins the session. Gifts populate the feed automatically.
  4. 4.Click Disconnect when the session ends, or let auto-track handle it on Gold/Agency plans.

Understanding Gifted vs Your earnings

  1. 1.Gifted = estimated coins the viewer spent on gifts.
  2. 2.Your earnings ≈ 50% after TikTok’s platform cut — shown alongside gifted amounts.
  3. 3.Live session cards, Reports, and top gifter lists all show both values.
  4. 4.Figures are approximate; use TikTok’s official statements for tax and payout reporting.

Managing your Donor CRM

  1. 1.Open Donor CRM from the dashboard tab bar.
  2. 2.Select a streamer to view gifters ranked by lifetime value.
  3. 3.Click a donor to edit CRM fields: real name, phone, email, social handles, notes.
  4. 4.Merge duplicate profiles when the same person gifted under different TikTok usernames.

Tracking multiple streamers

  1. 1.Your plan limits how many you can track live at the same time — not how many profiles you save.
  2. 2.Use checkboxes in the roster and Connect selected / Disconnect selected for bulk actions.
  3. 3.The header pill shows saved count, live count vs limit, and daily tracking hours used.
  4. 4.Upgrade in Billing when you need more concurrent slots or daily hours.

24/7 auto-stream tracking (Gold & Agency)

  1. 1.Upgrade to Gold or Agency, then open a streamer profile and enable Continuous track (24/7).
  2. 2.Our server polls every ~45 seconds and connects automatically when they go live.
  3. 3.Streams disconnect when they go offline or when your daily tracking hours run out.
  4. 4.No need to keep the dashboard open — tracking runs on Cloud Run in the background.

Daily tracking hours explained

  1. 1.Hours = active live streamers × duration. Three streamers for 1 hour = 3 hours consumed.
  2. 2.Free: 2h/day · Silver: 10h · Gold: 100h · Agency: unlimited.
  3. 3.When your allowance is exhausted, active streams stop automatically.
  4. 4.Usage resets at midnight UTC.

Frequently asked questions

Why does connect say the creator is not live?

Stream CRM only connects when the creator is actively broadcasting on TikTok. Wait until they start their live, then try Connect live again. Enable Continuous track on Gold/Agency to auto-connect when they go live.

Why did my stream disconnect automatically?

You may have reached your daily tracking hour limit for your plan. Check the usage pill in the streamer bar. Streams also stop if the creator ends their TikTok live or if you hit concurrent live limits.

Can I save more streamers than my live limit?

Yes. All plans allow unlimited saved creator profiles. Limits apply only to how many you can track live simultaneously and your daily tracking hours.

How do I upgrade or cancel my subscription?

Go to Dashboard → Billing. Choose a plan to checkout via Stripe, or open Manage billing to cancel, update payment method, or download invoices.

Is Stream CRM affiliated with TikTok?

No. Stream CRM is an independent third-party tool and is not endorsed by TikTok or ByteDance. See our Disclaimer for details.

How do I delete my account?

Visit the Delete Account page while signed in, confirm your email, and submit the permanent deletion request. Cancel billing first if you have an active subscription.
