1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid subscriptions to Stream CRM (https://streamcrm.app). By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms of Service.
2. Free Plan
The Free plan is provided at no charge. No payment information is required and no refunds apply.
3. Paid Subscriptions
Paid plans (Silver, Gold, and Agency) are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. When you subscribe, you authorize recurring charges each billing cycle until you cancel.
- Prices are listed on our pricing page at the time of purchase
- Upgrades generally take effect immediately with prorated charges where applicable
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page via the Stripe customer portal. After cancellation:
- You retain paid plan access until the end of the current billing period
- Your account reverts to the Free plan when the period ends
- No further charges will be made unless you resubscribe
5. Refund Eligibility
General policy. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including partial-month usage, unused tracking hours, or unused concurrent live slots.
Exceptions. We may issue a refund at our sole discretion in cases such as:
- Duplicate or erroneous charges
- Extended service outages caused by us (not third-party platforms like TikTok)
- Charges after a confirmed cancellation that was our error
- Where required by applicable consumer protection law
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund review, email support@streamcrm.app within 14 days of the charge with:
- Your account email address
- Date and amount of the charge
- Brief explanation of the issue
We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to your original payment method.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
8. Account Deletion & Refunds
Deleting your account does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Cancel your subscription first if you do not wish to renew. See our Delete Account page for data removal.
9. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
